Have to disagree with the part about the high bullet damage and low health.
I don't know about you but I've seen MANY people get shot about 6 times and still not die. Some of it could be due to the ridiculous amount of lag in the game but you can still run through bullets and magically heal yourself.
That fact alone makes most people run and gun. You can usually get shot a few times and it not even matter.
It you're playing Ha...
It's a glitch from the original COD4. They never fixed it. It's nowhere near realistic(even though the game isn't supposed to be completely realistic, it's still supposed to be close) and most people don't want to play that way. Just because someone wants to play that way doesn't mean I, or most others, want to.
Depends on the game mode. If it's TDM or FFA, camping is fine, albeit, annoying. I'll even accept it if you're playing Domination and you hold 2 points already. But if you're playing a game type that requires you to move or help out, camping is worthless. Get off your ass and help your team.
If you don't get some known actors, the movie is not going to do well. Nolan North will not bring people to the theaters. Sorry, it won't happen.
I'm not sure Nathan Fillion should happen either because he's starting to get pretty old. If they want to go that route, the women are going to have to be a little older as well. I'm not a fan of movies that put old geezers with young hot women.
Just my opinion though.
He lost me when he said Battlefield 3 was innovative. I'm sorry, that game is basically the same as Bad Company 2 with prone and a couple more vehicles. They didn't change that much.
I hate COD probably more than this guy but please don't claim that BF3 has redefined FPS's. It basically did the same thing Activision does with COD where they take a previous game and add a couple tweaks and say it's new.
If you want to like BF, that's...
What kind of bonus is that(talking about BF3 bonus)? That's garbage. How about you give people the maps that you did for pre-ordering.
Is this the game being published by the same people that published World of Tanks or is that World of Planes?
Thank goodness someone FINALLY filled the space-horror FPS genre. That niche just wasn't used enough

Most people don't even realize that their ISP's are going to start charging for the amount of data they use in the near future. Too many people are dropping their cable and just using their internet for entertainment via Hulu or Netflix so the cable companies are going to start charging for data to try and stop it. I read an article about it a couple months ago. Obviously, Hulu, Netflix, and Steam are going to really suffer for this. You can forget DD if this happens.
They are already doing it in Canada and they haven't worked out any such deal up there. I don't see why it would be any different for us.
The whole reason they are moving to that sort of system is to keep people paying for TV/Cable. Too many people are forgoing cable TV and just getinng their entertainment from places like Netflix, Hulu, and the network websites. If the ISP's start charging for the amount of data, people will be forced to pay enormous interne...
Well, after hearing what ISP's are planning on doing in a recent article, I don't see how this will ever succeed. ISP's are going to start charging for how much data you send so if you download your games, you're about to get screwed. Netflix and Steam are going to get screwed by this as well.
I played several hours of DE but got bored and quit. The story seemed pretty good but the gameplay was horrible IMO. I just didn't have much fun playing it. I'm not the only one I've heard say this too. If they fixed the gameplay, maybe it would have sold better.
Totally agree. BO is pretty much just like MW in terms of guns and tech so I don't see much difference.
Having the next COD set in the future would allow the creators to be *gasp* CREATIVE. What a concept to a COD game. Creativity.
Having said that, since creativity would be needed, we can pretty much guarantee that the next COD WON'T be set in the future. I really don't understand why game creators don't do many futuristic shooters.
How about you do something innovative? I found VERY little difference from BC2. They couldn't even be bothered to add new game types. They should have just called the game Bad Company 3.
You're correct. IW says they have DS's but they really don't because no one plays on them. People will only play on ranked servers.
You're correct. They had cheats hours after the game was released. And IW said they would make it harder to cheat in MW3. Fuckin lies again.
There aren't admins unless you're playing in unranked servers, but nobody does that. Fuckin IW should have the franchise taken away from them for once again screwing the PC crowd with no dedi's. They've lied to the PC crowd once again. And please remember where the franchise started...the PC. Without the PC, the game doesn't exist. It's nice that IW remembers that and rewards PC players with shit like MW3.
A fun game is a good game, this is true. But even fun games get stale after a while if they don't add something new. If that wasn't true, we'd all still be playing the original Zelda or Mario on NES.
So you complain about COD giving us the same thing every year yet you think DICE gave us anything different with BF3? BF3 is nothing more than BC2.5. Throw in a few more vehicles and prone on top of BC2 and that's exactly what BF3 is. I can't tell you how disappointed I was in that game yet people buy it hook line and sinker because the media hype tells them to. DICE couldn't even be bothered to add any new game modes. At least IW added a couple new game modes.
It's only going to get worse as long as all the sheep keep paying money for hardly any content at all.
People pay $60 for a COD game that used to be called an expansion pack about 7-10 years ago. Those used to cost about $20. They pay $15 for a handful of DLC maps, half of which are just retreads of maps from previous games where the programmers didn't have to do any real new work on at all.
And people wonder why there's so much piracy? It'...
